Homemade Hasselback potatoes. This dish originated in Sweden and involves finely slicing the potatoes without cutting all the way through. They are drizzled with melted butter and in this case, roasted in a halogen oven. When nearly ready slices of Chorizo sausage have been inserted into some of the slits. Grated cheese, in this case Gruyere cheese, is also added, and then breadcrumbs. Served with two fried eggs and garnished with parsley. Photographed on a white background. England UK GB.
