PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Jan. 24,2018) Builder 3rd Class Jorowen Vinluan, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Five (NMCB5),is measuring a piece of wood in order to get the precise cut needed for the framing of an exterior wall. NMCB5 is conducting training to help ensure safety, proper technique usage, and help familiarize new Seabees with the equipment in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
