In January 1902 he be-came successor to Dr. S. L. Harkev as pastorof Trinity congregation, Kutztown. He resignedin October of the same year to become the pastorof Trinity congregation, Norristown. Dr. Pfat-teicher is a fine scholar and frequently contributesto the perodicals of the Lutheran Church. ST. The congregation was organized bya committee appointed by Lehigh Classis at itsannual meeting in the spring of 1886, on March12, 1887. The corner stone of the church waslaid on Whit Sunday 1886 by Rev. Edwin , then pastor of Zions Reformed, Allen-town, Pa. The church was dedicated April 13,1887. Rev. N. S.
