Thomas Foose, a crew chief with the 1st Battalion, 168th General Support Aviation Battalion, Washington Army National Guard, helps evacuees into a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter during a dynamic hoist lift at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, on Jan. 2, 2021.
