The Royal Dutch Mint, Utrecht, The Netherlands. Monday 9th September, 2019. Queen Máxima of The Netherlands, this morning attended the congress. SZW-Congres Kom uit je schuld: ‘Get out of your debt’. Also attending, State Secretary Tamara van Ark of Social Affairs and Employment. During the conference, Her Majesty spoke with parties and so-called debt ambassadors. The campaign was launched in May of this year with the intention of getting those in dept to openly discuss their problem and to seek guidance – sooner, rather than later. The campaign is part of the government ‘Broad Debt Approach’.
