Detroit, MI, November 9, 2014 - James Tolin, FEMA Logistics Specialist, unscrews the bolts anchoring a steel column during the disassembly of a component of a pilot Po-U Pack (PUP) that was used in the parking lot of an ACE Hardware in Detroit as a Recovery Support Site (RSS) to assist disaster survivors register with FEMA for disaster assistance following the severe storms and flooding on August 11-13, 2014 that adversely impacted the Michigan counties of Wayne, Oakland and Macomb.
