Chris Kohut sprays Airman 1st Class Christopher Marcum with pepper spray, July 9, 2017, at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base, Charleston, Security Forces members are required to get pepper sprayed at least once in their career to test their abilities to carry out their duties in case of exposure. Kohut and Marcum are security forces personnel assigned to the 130th Security Forces Squadron.
