Beetham Tower also known as the Holloway Circus Tower is 122m (400ft) tall, and is the tallest residential building in the UK outside London. Ian Simpson Architect won an award for the unique cladding design. Winner of the Glass project of the year 2005. The estimated cost of construction is around £50 million. The lower 18-floors are a Radisson SAS Hotel and the upper 20 floors contains 158 apartments. Completed in February 2006.
