A peculiar feature in the $ is the presence of two large whitish spots, placed side bv side, covering the 1st and 2nd segments and encroaching on the 3rd, through which the ordinary markings of the 2nd segment can be seen, these spots being sometimes absent or very 'faint. Genitalia in d" l:ii-ge, shining black, knob-like. Pubescence of abdomen sparse, pale yellow. A^enter dull orange with indefinite blackish marks. Li^gs: coxae blackish with grey dust; hind tibiae.
