Heely, Jr., commanding officer of the guided-missile destroyer USS Michael Murphy (DDG 112), with a certificate of appreciation to the officers and crew of USS Michael Murphy on behalf of the family of Lt. Michael P. Murphy. Murphy was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005 and was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for risking his life to save his SEAL teammates.
