Returni-ng to Germany hesang at the Stadt, Breslau, dur-ing the season of 1892-93, and from1893 to 1898 he was mem. of the Im-perial Court Opera in Vienna. In 1898he returned to New York, where he re-sumed his connection with the Metro-politan Opera co., then under the man-agement of Maurice Grau, of which hewas a permanent mem. until 1909.
