The last rays of the setting sun hit the mountain ridges that surround the Free State town Philipolis and the township area called Poding-Tse-Rolo, a short way outside the main town area. These RDP houses( Re-deployment Develpment Programme ) are built by the government to satisfy the back-log of housing needs of the lower income section of the South African society. They are small anf often badly constructed. 30° 15'" South & 25° 16' " East. Elevation 1438 Metres.
