NORWEGIAN CARRIER REPORTED HULL IN GOOD CONDITION WITH SAILS STILL SET, A POSSIBLE INDICATOR THAT COOKE FELL OVERBOARD BEFORE THE BOAT CAPSIZED. HIS LAST RADIO MESSAGE WAS ON DEC 11/75.
