The other primaries have no blackish, but are simplypearl-blue, with broad white margins along the whole length of their inner webs. The outerprimaries are all heavily silvered when the quills are new. Dimensions of the adult: inches; extent ; wing from the carpus ; tail ; depth of emargi-nation ; bill along culmen ; along gape ; its height at base ; width, ditto,; length of rami from feathers on side of lower mandible ; gonys (longer thanrami) ; tarsus ; middle toe and claw, slightly longer.
