Lycopodium is a genus of club-mosses. Common names: ground pines and creeping cedar. Chilean names: Pimpinela Licopodio Palmita Lllanka-lawen. Flowerless. The fertile leaves are arranged in cone-like strobilus: overlapping sporophylls spirally arranged along a central axis.
