Contact members are providedwhich are engaged by the outer ends of both members, thelower contact members being connected to the line and theupper contact members being connected to the motor. A fuse to wipe along the rear end of the intercepted portion of thewater jet when the wheel is rotating at normal speed, and. connects each lower contact member with each central stand-ard, so that when both members of a blade are in contactpositions, the fuse is shunted and when the lower blade mem-ber is out of contact, the fuse will be in circuit.
