(April 26, 2017) Educators from Dallas are given a brief by Chief Aviation Electrician’s Mate Brian Johnston about how recruits at Recruit Training Command live and train in their barracks compartment. The educators were part of an education orientation visit to see how the Navy transforms civilians to Sailors, what skill sets Sailors can learn post boot camp, and the benefits and career opportunities the Navy offers to future high school graduates.
