Army Sgt. 1st Class Kelsie Temples is honored on the day of her retirement at a ceremony held at the TAG complex in Columbia, South Carolina, October 3, 2017. Temples was a member of the Women's Army Corps (WAC) when she enlisted in 1976 and served 4 years active duty Army and 17 years South Carolina Army National Guard in multiple assignments, including Finance Non Commissioned Officer for the Joint Force Headquarters Fiscal Accounting Section as well as a Military Pay Clerk for the Headquarters State Area Command.
