GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (July 14, 2017) Lt. Cmdr. Remillard, commanding officer of Navy Operational Support Center Battle Creek, meets with Susan Ford Bales at the annual wreath laying ceremony. This day would be the 104th birthday of Bales' father, President Gerald R. Ford. The ceremony was held today at Ford's gravesite at the presidential museum.
