Atlantic puffin stood on a flowery clifftop looking sideways towards the blue sea
Bird monitoring on Handa Island, Scotland gave me a lucky opportunity to photograph some of the UK’s beloved seabirds, including the vulnerable Atlantic puffin. I often sat watching the birds return to their burrows in the evening as they tolerantly allowed me and my camera to capture their colourful portraits.
