Key ca. 1808–13 French This ceremonial key has the monogram JN for Joseph Napoleon and the arms of Spain, encircled in laurel and bay leaves and surmounted by the royal crown. Joseph Napoleon (1768-1844) was the oldest brother of Emperor Napoleon I of France and served first as king of Naples (1806-08) and then of Spain (1808-13)..
