An historic clock featuring a model of Dundee's old Town House has been restored to former glory - after being pulled from a skip five years ago. The clock had featured high up on a building in the city's High Street but had vanished during a refurbishment. It has now been put back as a reminder of the day when the Old Town House itself disappeared from Dundee virtually overnight. The clock now overlooks the site of the old town house. Designed by the famous William Adam, Dundee's old Town House, known as "The Pillars", stood in the city centre for 200 years
