CARDIGAN, WALES UK, FEBRUARY 11TH 2020, TOM BELOTTI, 35, Tom Belotti has worked at Huit denim, the Pembrokeshire jean maker for 14 months as a denim cutter. Tom’s father had worked at the factory before him being classed as a ‘grandmaster’ jean maker. Huit denim was founded in order to give the workers of Cardigan, which primary industry was making jeans, jobs after the original factory shut down. The ‘grandmasters’ of Huit only make around 100 pairs of jeans a week each, however due to the selvage denim being used and the skill/experience of their work, they produce some of the highest quality jeans in the world. © JaiAshtonPhotography
