A seven-spotted ladybug eats aphids and is attacked by ants that guard the aphids (Lasius niger, black garden ant)

A ladybird attacks a colony of aphids. Ants, that guard the aphids to milk them, are attacking the ladybeetle to defend their herd. Ladybirds are used in organic farming because they feed on aphids. (Coccinella septempunctata, the seven-spotted ladybird, and Lasius niger, the Black Garden Ant)
