Demolition crews are set to roll in the wrecking ball to the old SNOBS venue in the Arcadian and Gay Quarter to make way for a high-rise apartment building. The nightlife strip is set to welcome the popular Indie venue with open arms into the former Velvet Music Rooms building as the top of the strip has recently lost the PRYZM super-club with only Heidi's Bier Bar holding the entertainment until SNOBS moved in.
