Let's give Tech. Sgt. Franki Torres from the 334th Training Squadron a shout-out for being chosen as the Warrior of the Week during this week's staff meeting! Let's give Tech. Sgt. Franki Torres from the 334th Training Squadron a shout-out for being chosen as the Warrior of the Week during this week's staff meeting! As a command and control battle management operator instructor, Torres has instructed 272 hours, trained two distinguished graduates and 176 Community College of the Air Force hours. Upon completion of the instructor supervisor course, he has overseen instructor evaluations, revision of course objectives and instructor qualification. As the squadron unit deployment manager, Torres ensures deployment readiness for 94 members, coordinates in/out area of responsibilities briefs, and monitors training requirements in support of two combatant commands. As the squadron unit control center, he ensures personnel are trained in duties and leads shift scheduling for both exercises and real world events, including the 334th TRS annual HURCON exercise which encompasses training for 130 personnel. Additionally, his passion for learning is seen on and off duty by pursuing additional instructor certifications and working towards his Bachelors in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology.
