Lansing, Michigan - Thousands of Michigan union members rallied at the state capitol building to protest Michigan Governor Rick Snyder's proposed state budget, which increases taxes on working and poor residents, cuts education and other social service spending, and gives tax breaks to corporations. Participants signed petitions supporting President Obama's health care plan.
