SOUTH CHINA SEA (Feb. 22, 2022) Chief Boatswain’s Mate Matthew Klimek, from Yuba City, Calif., teaches Seaman Romario Clennon, from Atlanta, how to signal to the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE-7) in preparation for a replenishment-at-sea aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ralph Johnson (DDG 114). Ralph Johnson is assigned to Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
