Theoriginal buildings built in 1911 contain in all approximately250,000 square feet of floor area and are of heavy mill con-struction and sprinkled. A. S. Alschuler was architect forthese buildings. With the exception of space occupied by theWrigley Company the buildings are occupied by several con-cerns, among them being, Herman Reach Company, bags andburlap: Pacific Mutual Door Company, doors; McClernanMetal Products Company, manufacturers of kitchen cabinets;Manufacturers & Retailers Company, wholesale grocers, andWestinghouse Lamp Corppany.
