Marine Corps Lt. Col. Ricco Espinoza, assistant chief of staff with Marine Corps Base Quantico, helps conduct a cleanup at Lunga Park on Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., March 12, 2021. Lunga Park is the largest and most popular water body on base but was closed in 2012 due to the discovery of unexploded ordnance from World War II in the area. Marines are volunteering their time to help prepare for the reopening of the recreational area, scheduled for summer.
