Drayman, Roger Hughes selects the reins, part of the Shire horse cart harnesses in the stable tack room at the family owned Hooks Norton Brewery founded in 1849, in the village of Hook Norton in the north Oxfordshire Cotswolds in England. The brewery is one of the few that continues to make its local beer deliveries by using shire horses pulling a dray loaded with barrels of beer.
