During this meeting, members spoke with September 11, 2001 first responders, members of the New York City Fire Department, and with the Director of the Air National Guard, Lt. General Stanley E. The objectives of the EFAC is to provide enlisted members of the Air National Guard a vehicle to express their concerns on matters that impact ANG members, receive, review and clarify recommendations, and to recommend policy solutions to the Director of the Air National Guard.
