A Compact Track Loader is used by six Partner Nations during exercise Silver Flag at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam Jan. 29, 2020. During this part of the exercise, the participants learned how to properly use the CTL, by practicing cutting in dirt. In a real Airfield Damage Recovery scenario, CTL's are used to cut into the pavement, which can then be removed and filled with fresh concrete.
