Bishop Blanc, of New Orleans, and BishopTimon, of Buffalo, once Prefect of Texas, came to joinin the solemn dedication, which took place on the 26tliof November, 1849, Bishop Blanc celebrating thesolemn pontifical mass, and Bishop Timon CATHEDRAL, GALVESTON.
