This native borer cuts its tunnels between the bark and the wood of peach and cherry. Two broods a year. Common in wild cherry in some localities. Adult.—Brownish-black, 3^10 ii^ch long; head large and visible from above; antennal club lamellate, of three separate laterally produced segments.
