The power station is at St. Marys on the Celinabranch. All of the trolley and transmission lines on thesystem are maintained by one line crew and car, which hasheadquarters at the companys repair shops at accompanying illustration shows the type of line carused. The car was remodeled from a motor flatcar. It is 30ft. long and in the center a cab or house was built about10 ft. long, 6 ft. wide and 8 ft. high. There are doors. LINE REPAIR CAR USED ON THE WESTERN OHIO RAILWAY in each side and windows in each end to give the motorniana clear view of the track in either direction. The motorcontroller, brake valve and other accessory apparatus aremounted in the center of the cab with a seat for the motor-man built against one wall. A stove is used for heatingand for cooking meals when the crew is detained out on theroad. Around the walls are bins and racks for holdingsmall repair parts of every description required in line con-struction and for linemens tools. The open platform at one end of the car is used forstoring reels of wire, cros?-arms, jacks, wrecking frogs andother heavy material. The other end of the car is used forloading any emergency material required which is notusually carried on the car. Two 12-ft. wooden ladders arecarried in suitable brackets on the side of the cabin andall the necessary pole-setting tools are stowed between theroof of the cabin and the working
