Mr. Dunn, as editoof a publication named The Wesley Banner, was accused by the Nottingham an<Derby district of endangering the peaoof the Church and aspersing the character of ministers; and was ordered t<suspend its publication. Mr. Griffithwho refused to state whether he hatcontributed to the Fly-Sheets, to ThWesley Banner or to The Wesley Timeswas expelled from the connexion alon|with him. Everett was also expelled. Then began a period of agitation, resembling civil war, within the ChurchThe members who sympathized witlthe expelled brethren raised the cry oNo Secession and No Supplies,and demanded reforms in church methods which virtually meant the change o.
