For narrow parts of letters you must cut aquantity of pages or books into strips somewhat wider thanneeded. Of course, gold-leaf signs are expensive and trouble-some, and unless you have a separate room away from thestore, I would advise you never to use gold-leaf, as the par-ticles blow all over the store and into your stock, and It laalmost impossible to get rid of
