A pair of Chinese geese, likely a domestic hybrid with a Swan goose (Anser cygnoides), swims among the rice stalks in a harvested rice paddy near Langde Shang Miao village, Guizhou Province, China. It is not unusual for the farmers to release their domestic livestock into the rice fields to feed after the fall harvest.
