INDIAN OCEAN (Feb. 24, 2018) Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Charles Beeler, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97), signals the delivery of cargo during a replenishment-at-sea with the fleet replenishment oiler USNS John Lenthall (T-AO 189).
