This union has been blessed with three , aged twenty-one, and Laura, aged sixteen, are now—November, 92—students in college at Lake Forest, , aged twelve, who, by the way, manifests superiormusical talent, is preparing for college. Mr. Bird says, As parents, we are justly proud—so wethink—of our children, and we are very grateful for suchpriceless blessings. Since the war, Mr. Bird has been engaged in mercantileand lumber business. He is now the manager and largeststockholder in the Bird and Wells Lumber Company, of BigWausaukee, Wisconsin. Brass Band, Bloom City, Richland County, Wis. 527William F Bundy.—Company B.\\ illiam Frank Bundy was born near Mechanicsburg,Henry county, Indiana, November 3, 1843, and is of Englishand German descent on paternal and maternal sides respect-ively When he was eleven, years old his father sold theIndiana farm and removed to Sauk county, Wisconsin, set-tling on a farm near Ironton. Here William worked on thefarm summers and went to school winters. When the warbroke out he was teaching school in the town of the close of the term he enlisted — September 17, 61 —under B. F Blackman, of Ironton, and was assigned to Com-pany B, Twelfth Wisconsin Infantry. He was with the regi-ment in all its marches and engagements till the army unde
