, Cricova, Chisinau, Moldova - The state-owned winery Cricova SA (Combinatul de Vinuri Cricova SA), established in 1952, has been declared the country's best-known and even national heritage and therefore a tourist attraction. The tunnel system is 120 km long and is used to the half. Cricova SA operates the bottle fermentation for champagne according to the French "Traditional Method".
