ISTANBUL, Turkey (Nov. 11, 2014) - The honorable Ray Mabus, Secretary of the Navy, holds an all-hands call with sailors aboard USS Ross (DDG 71) while on a port call in Istanbul, Turkey Nov. 11. Ross is an Arleigh Bruke-class guided-missile destroyer, homeported in Rota, Spain, conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interest in Europe.
