Bordallo, Guam's delegate to the House of Representatives, presents a flag that was flown over the Capitol on 1 February 2003 to Mr. William A. Hall, principal of Depart of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) Guam South School. The congresswoman made the presentation during a ceremony renaming the school in honor of astronaut William C. McCool. The Cmdr. attended school on Guam while growing up as a Navy dependent and was killed when the Space Shuttle Columbia broke up over Texas in Feb. 2003.
