This world heritage area is a very special place only discovered in late 1990's received world heritage status in 2003. Local Aboriginal people have lived in this area for over 20,000 years and jointly manage this area with the WA Government. Sandstone has been deposited over the past 360 million year. These ranges have been eroded over the last 20 million years to form unique & distinctive landscapes we see today. Magical & Spiritual place to visit.
