John Rhodes, commanding general, 29th Infantry Division, Virginia Army National Guard, and Command Daryl Plude, division command sergeant major, 29th Infantry Division, Virginia Army National Guard uncase the 29th’s colors during a Transfer of Authority ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, July 20.  The 29th Infantry Division officially assumed authority of Task Force Spartan and Operation Spartan Shield.
