The South Downs Way long distance path as it heads north then east via Washington to Chanctonbury Ring, West Sussex, UK.

The South Downs Way long distance path at Barnsfarm Hill after it splits from the east running path, to head north and then east to cross the busy A24 by a bridge at the village of Washington. The original path continues to head east to Chanctonbury Ring but does not have a bridge to cross the A24 and therefore more caution is required - from near to the village of Washington, West Sussex, southern England, UK.
