One of the hardiest of the Date Palms, with dark green feathery foliage, of strong growth, and is especially valuable for vases, tubs, and out- door decoration, as it stands sun and wind without the least damage, even in exposed situations. A splendid Palm for house cul- ture. Price, fine plants from 7-inch pots, 2 to 2* feet high, each. PHOENIX RUPICOLA. The most graceful of the species and a valuable decorative variety. Price, plants from 4-inch pots, 50c. • each, per dozen. SEAFORTHIA ELEGANS. A native of Australia, and one of the most beautiful of the Palm family. The whole plant is per- fectly smooth, leaves drooping and feather- like, and is one of the finest subjects in culti- vation for the conservatory or greenhouse.
