At the same time that a March for life was celebrated in Brussels, the Belgian collective organized a 'Defend abortion right' demonstration at the Brussels central station. Since October 2018 in Belgium, abortion is no longer regulated by the penal code but by the civil code. The organization also asked the people to bring their metal coat hangers for a collective installation honouring women who died from an unsafe abortion.
