Martian landscape. This HiRISE image shows new boulder tracks that were thought to have formed here between November 2003 and December 2004, but an earlier HiRISE image checked this location and did not find anything. However, given the earlier observations, it seems reasonable to think that this slope is susceptible to additional events where boulders will be dislodged and roll down the slope, thus giving information about rate of occurrence. Are these triggered by seismic events?Image is less than 5 km (3 mi) across. A unique optimised version of NASA imagery. Credit: NASA/JPL/UArizona
